Huny Badger RIGHT WING TRIBUNE–
I find it mind-numbing that people even argue for the rights of “illegals” in our nation. The crimes they commit and the time and money spent on investigating, detaining and trials, not to mention prison time, is staggering.
More often than not, we are seeing illegals that are violent criminals and now these pathetic sanctuary cities are protecting these scumbags, simply to push their agendas.
If we truly wanted to make a statement to these illegal criminals, we should have an expedited justice system that uses LIVE fire death sentences.
After 20 deportations, an illegal immigrant with a history of arrests, received a 35-year prison sentence Friday following his sexual assault conviction earlier this year.
KATU News reported that Mexican national Sergio Jose Martinez, 31, violently attacked two women in Portland, Ore., on the same day. The first was a 65-year-old whose car he stole, and a younger woman. He was arrested July 24, the report said.
Prior to the attacks, Martinez had been deported 20 times. Moreover, he had a series of probation violations for illegal crossings into the United States and had a felony burglary conviction, KGW.com reported, citing court documents filed in March.
The new charges Martinez was convicted of include first-degree kidnapping, first-degree robbery (two counts), second-degree assault, first-degree sex abuse, first-degree sodomy and first-degree burglary, Fox reports.
Court documents said Martinez entered the first woman’s bedroom through a window that she left open due to the heat. He spoke “calmly and quietly,” ordering the woman onto the ground, where he tied her hands and feet, and blindfolded her.
Martinez threatened to kill the woman while he sexually assaulted her, according to the probable cause affidavit. Before he left, he punched her in the head several times and slammed her head onto the wood floor.
Later that night, officers were called to a reported disturbance between a man and a woman in the basement of a parking garage near the 2100 block of Northeast Halsey Street.
Police said the Martinez was armed with a knife as he assaulted the second woman.
He was arrested when police caught him running from the scene.
The predator was released from Multnomah County Jail last December despite the objection of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officials.
Yet again we have a city exercising sanctuary policies for a person who was proven to be a danger to society.
ICE had asked local authorities to alert the federal agency prior to Martinez’s release, the paper reported.
However, the agency told KATU News in July, “Local authorities released Mr. Martinez back into the community the following day without providing any notification to ICE.”
Here’s a full statement from an ICE official regarding Martinez:
Deportation officers with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) have lodged an immigration detainer against Mr. Martinez requesting that local authorities notify ICE prior to his release to enable ICE to take him into custody. Department of Homeland Security databases indicate Mr. Martinez is a serial immigration violator who has been removed from the United States no less than 13 times since 2008. Relevant databases also indicate Mr. Martinez has a lengthy criminal history spanning three states, that includes numerous prior convictions for crimes including felony attempted battery, felony burglary, and felony illegal re-entry after removal. ICE last encountered Mr. Martinez Dec. 7, 2016, at the Multnomah County Jail and lodged an immigration detainer against him at that time requesting that the agency be notified prior to his release. However, despite the detainer, local authorities released Mr. Martinez back into the community the following day without providing any notification to ICE.
